Returns Policy & Information
Even though our warehouse staff go to great lengths to make sure all of the products we send to you are top quality and in perfect condition, occasionally an item with a defect may slip though our quality testing, or sustain damage on its way to your door.
If you've had the misfortune of purchasing an item from Femplay that is damaged or faulty within 30 days of purchase, please take a moment to check our common solutions.
I know this may seem a little obvious to some, but before returning an item, please make sure you had all batteries inserted the right way and they were fully charged. Unfortunately we get quite a few customers who are a little too eager to play and put the batteries in the wrong way and send it straight back to us. Not only does this waste their time, but also incurs an extra shipping cost to the customer. Also, if your toy doesn't work it is highly recommended you try an alternative set of batteries for the above reason and that all instructions are followed and do up the battery compartment completely and tight where applicable.
If your issue still exists please contact us either by email or phone and we can provide further assistance. Let us know your order number also so we can track this down on our system straight away for you.
Change of mind
For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns as once this has been in your possession they can not be resold. We have to be extremely strict with this policy as I am sure most customers would not like to have purchased a product of this nature when someone else has already owned this as unfortunately we are unable to accept everyone’s claim that their item remained unopened and unhandled as most of our stock does not come sealed in a way to prove this.
