A. Hi there sorry we don't accepts BPAY currently, but you can still just make a direct deposit to our bank account either using internet banking, or at any branch of Westpac Bank in Australia. Just choose 'Direct Deposit' as the payment method to get our bank account details after you have placed an order.

Q. How long will it take to pack and ship my order? (Posted: 31st March, 2005)
A. If you can add an item to your cart at Femplay and purchase it, then it means its in stock! Therefore, all orders received by 4PM AEST (Brisbane time) are dispatched Australia Express Post on the same day. This means if you are in metropolitan Sydney or Melbourne for example, and you order at 3.30PM your order would be received the NEXT DAY.

We have dedicated warehouse staff who are waiting to pack the order the moment its confirmed. The only exception to this is public statutory holidays, when the order will be packed and shipped on the next working day.

Q. What payment methods do you accept? (Posted: 21st Nov, 2005)
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club. We also take direct deposits into our bank account via any branch of Westpac, or by internet banking.

If you prefer to make payment by direct deposit, simply add the products to your cart then choose this as the payment method when prompted. You will then be emailed our bank account details and can make the payment by direct transfer. Be sure to use your order number as the reference.

Other alternatives include sending a cheque or anonymous money order, all of which can be selected as payment methods once you have added all products to your cart and entered your delivery address.

Finally, we also accept phone orders on 1800 071 267 and faxed orders can be sent complete with your credit card number to 02 9475 4191.

Q. Can I Fax my order complete with credit card details? (Posted: 21st Nov, 2005)
A. Yes, just place your order online and choose 'Fax Credit Card details' as the payment option. Then fax your credit card details to 02 9475 4191 with a reference to your order number. Once we receive and process this, you'll receive another order confirmation.

Q. What happens if items are out of stock? (Posted: 18th Jan, 2006)
A. It won't happen! Our warehouse stock system is tightly integrated with the website to ensure accurate stock levels. Our website won't allow you to order a product that's out of stock.

Even orders using Direct Deposit or Money Orders are taken into consideration, so that your products are actually reserved in the warehouse awaiting payment. This means that if you order a product on Tuesday, but don't make payment until Friday - that item is still waiting in the warehouse, reserved for you. The moment payment is confirmed, the order is released from the warehouse.

Q. What company name will appear on my credit card, as being the transaction name on my statement? Femplay or a different name? (Posted: 27th Feb, 2006)
A. The transaction will appear on your credit card statement as our parent company which owns multiple websites with no mention of Femplay at all.

The name that appears is generic and is 'C**** CORP' (We use asterixes to prevent people searching for this name on the internet as an added protection).

Q. Do I get a user name and password when I purchase something? Do I have to enter my address with each order? (Posted: 6th June, 2006)
A. We have deliberately made Femplay most discreet way to purchase adult toys and products online in Australia. We don't have a 'membership club' or database of our clients. We have no idea how many customers make repeat purchase at our online stores!

We would love to know for research purposes, but we hold our customers privacy above our own interests. Of course, this policy means than many people prefer to shop online at Femplay - which is great.

So in answer to your question, no we don't have a system where you can login with your user name and password, it was disabled when the site was launched.

Unforunately this means you will have to reenter your address on every order, but it also means no trace is left in our system of your personal information - or address, once the order is shipped. Our system automatically deletes name, address, email and contact information from customers orders.

Q. Will I be contacted after my order is placed? (Posted: 18th July, 2006)
A. If you provide an email address when ordering then one email will be sent providing an order confirmation after the order is completed.

Another email will be sent the moment the order is being shipped from our warehouse. This would normally be the same day, or the next day if you are ordering at night time.

We will not send any further emails unless the parcel is returned to us with address unknown, or we absolutely have to for, for example if there was a problem processing the order.

Importantly, we will not send any further emails or make contact after your order is received. Your details including name information and emails addresses are wiped from our system at this point.

If you provide a contact telephone number, we would only call this if absolutely neccesary, and would always email you first and wait 24 hours before trying to call you. If we had to call you (which is unlikely) we would never leave a message on a messagebank or with another person.

A. Yes we can do this. Just enter any special instructions in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box when placing your order. We will hand write this in bold black text on the parcel for the couriers attention.

However, in this case the risk and responsibility for loss of the parcel has to be accepted by you, as no signature can be obtained.

In all honesty, we get very few lost parcels (about 1 in 1000) so this is not something to worry about.

Just remember that the size of the parcel can be bigger than you imagine, because we wrap all items in cardboard and bubble wrap before placing them in the Australia Post Express Post bags.

Therefore, the item may not be able to fit in your letterbox.

Q. What if I am not home when Australia Post delivers the parcel? (Posted: 18th July, 2006)
A. They will leave an Australian Post calling card, a small white card which tells you which Australia Post branch the parcel can be collected from (normally your closest branch).

When you collect the parcel, there is nothing to indicate it is from Femplay whatsoever. The return address is a parent company which runs multiple online stores, and is non-descript.

A. Yes, you can ask to have the parcel sent to your local post office instead. Just write this in the special instructions, and enter your real address as the delivery address.

Alternatively, you could enter the address of your local post office and have us send it directly their. When entering the address write 'FOR COLLECTION BY #####' with your name indicated.

Q. What will the package look like when it arrives? (Posted: 18th July, 2006)
A. Your parcel will arrive in a Red and Yellow non-see through, waterproof, Australia Express Post bag as all orders are sent Express Post. It will contain a printed label with the exact address you enter in the shopping cart. Any special instructions you indicate such as 'leave at front door' will be written by hand in bold black writing on the front of the parcel.

The return address will show our non descript ecommerce parent company, and NOT Femplay or any other suggestive name! This company runs numerous (6) stores online, so there is absolutely no correlation between this and Femplay.

The products you order will be wrapped in cardboard for protection, then wrapped in bubble wrap. There is no way to feel the contents, and the warehouse is very careful to ensure there is absolutely no giveaway that the parcel contains adult products.

A. Sorry, to keep our prices low we dont have a printed catalogue as such ... all our products are featured on the site!

You can still place an order 'mail order' though by simply sending us a note together with payment and your address.

Or simply order online using your credit card, we use 128bit encryption - which is super secure and your details are also deleted from our database once the order is sent.

Q. Do you sell batteries to fit the toys - and if you do where can I find them on the site? (Posted: 1st Oct, 2006)
A. Good question, yes we do sell batteries. In fact we sell AA, C Size, and those small watch batteries as well. The AA size are listed at the checkout options, basically just before you go to pay for the order you can choose to add batteries. The watch cell batteries are at the bottom of each product that uses these batteries as a 'related product' (the bottom of the respective product page).

Q. If I want to pay by cheque, do I need to send the cheque before delivery and what name should I write on the cheque? (Posted: 19th March, 2008)
A. Payment must be received before administration can apply payment to your order, thus making it visible to our warehouse for picking and dispatch. Postal on the cheque from yourself to us can take a few days, but our PO Box is checked twice daily (Mon-Fri) and as soon as it is received your order will be processed ASAP. The name on the cheque should be 'Crisp Corp'.

A. Our shipping costs are $8.95 for orders below $125. Then free for orders $125 and over. This is regardless of the order size or location, anywhere in Australia. All orders are sent Australia Express Post.

Q. Can I trust Femplay with my credit card details? (Posted: 21st Nov, 2008)
A. Your credit card order is actually processed by eWay - the largest payment gateway provider in Australia. They process the transaction, but they are not privy to your contact details, or even your credit card details!

Your credit card details are not kept in either our database, or their database, only the first few digits are kept for administration purposes.

Femplay has been in operation since January 2004, and has shipped ten of thousands of orders to customers all over Australia without any incidents or complaints relating to privacy.
