We enjoy porn from time to time but have felt disappointed with some titles we have bought that promise much and deliver the same old same old.
Pirates is different.
There is a large cast and the big budget means lavish sets and more. It is unusual to actually see a storyline alongside spectacular sex scenes and when you add the fact that they have included special effects that add to the storyline.
We have found that this is a DVD that we choose over our others, when the urge catches us.
The sex is explosive, and includes the most popular styles. There is something for everyone here.
The special features DVD is a hoot, for when you just feel like a laugh.
We highly recommend this title to any couple looking to enjoy porn together. |

There's just one word for this movie - BRILLIANT!
I haven't watched this type of movie for ages because the standard formula - meet, crap poorly acted dialogue for ten seconds, several different positions, guy pops on a body part, do it all again - well, to be frank, bores me to tears.
Great for the first two or three encounters, but then it starts to pall.
'Pirates' is different - very different.
For starters, there's a story, and quite a good one. There are a few unexplained plot loopholes, but who cares! Most mainstream movies also have this problem. Second - IT'S SO FUNNY! I haven't laughed at any movie that hard for ages. The one liners are hilarious, and there are so many swipes at so many mainstream productions, I lost count. OK, so I could only use one hand for counting, but that brings me to my third point.
The encounters went so far beyond my expectations, given my limited experience with adult movies, that I was blown away. Figuratively, literally, and several times. Well, guess what? The sex scenes are not only fantastic, but also totally appropriate to the storyline. That's not to say they are short or infrequent, but the story supports the encounters, and they in turn help to develop the story.
And...What the? Special effects? Perhaps not up to Starwars standard, but quite good and very original - not just a rehash of an idea the producers saw somewhere else.
OK, so I loved the movie, but the story's not all good. The first couple of minutes of speech, which leads into the first encounter, sounded exactly as I remember bad porn from the eighties - I could barely discern the dialogue, and thought "Crap, if the whole movie's like this I've done my dough". Fortunately, it was only that portion that sounded as if the microphone was at the opposite end of an aircraft hanger.
Second criticism, and it's not a fault of the movie, is that some of the acting is...well...these guys don't earn their living in Hollywood, do they. Think Aussie soap cross ad lib comedy and you've got it. It does not detract from the movie in any way, and often enhances the comedic aspect. Apart from that, I can't think of anything that didn't exceed my expectations.
In summary, I'm going to jump on the bandwagon of the majority of reviewers and say - buy it today. If there's one movie of this genre that belongs in your library, and can sit unashamedly next to your more conventional collection, then this is it.

Pirates was not what I had expected at all, dirty pirate sex yes! But I had been expecting it to be the storyline of "Pirates of the Caribbean". So was alittle disapointed there.
But saying that, dont be put off this one. I really enjoyed it!
The costumes & sets were great! The acting made me laugh, lets say they most certanly wont be up for an oscar anytime soon.
There were acouple of girl on girl seens that were just, oh so great. My partner, he even got a wow or two, which made me laugh.
It was a long movie, over 2 hours- moved slow in some areas. But there is alot of action packed in.
I am happy I purchased pirates. If you get bored with the normal same old porn, this is a must. It is a good one to add to your collection. After watching this, I much prefer storyline/movie porn to the short clips of get down & dirty.
