Recently MMA champion Ronda Rousey stated that you don’t need lube in the bedroom if you’re doing things right. Whist we admire Ronda, and wouldn’t want to get on her bad side, we believe that what she stated may have been taken out of context, if not it’s just simply incorrect.

We have to start with the basic information and that every woman is different and this includes vaginal lubrication.

Vagina lubrication changes over the course of their cycle, and over the course of a lifetime. These factors have nothing to do with the quality of your sexual activities. No amount of foreplay or stimulation is going to get you wet and ready if certain physical factors aren’t at play.

Penis size can also play a factor as well, if the size of the penis is considerable it would be more comfortable with a little extra lubricant. No woman wants to feel the burn of skin rubbing and may even feel like it is ripping you, which isn’t pleasant.
