No it’s not putting your washing on the line. It is something a little more kinky.
Pegging is when a woman penetrates a man’s anus with a dildo. This can be with a strap-on which is like a harness worn by the woman or strapless dildos which are worn internally by the women either vaginally or anally or both.

Some people believe that the man has to have some kind of homosexual tendencies to want to have any kind of anal sexual intercourse. This of course is not true. The fact that a man can orgasm and ejaculated by anal stimulation suggests that this is a natural sexual function for men.
