Some experts once believed it was urine but on further investigation including smell or even taste test they have insisted that it’s not pee. And that it showed characteristics of plasma from the Skene’s gland.

Heike Rodriguez is a female ejaculation educator expressed the following about the G-Spot and female ejaculation. “Every woman can (squirt). Every woman has a G-Spot. It doesn’t have so much to do with being in your body or being sex positive, it has to do with your emotions. The G-Spot is the emotional centre of our reproductive system. It has a lot to do with connecting intimacy with sex, with being able to let your emotions flow. With being willing to cry when you feel something intensely. That’s not something that’s really out there as a part of sex. And I think that’s why a lot of women can’t do it; they haven’t connected their hearts with their vaginas. A lot of women have trauma stored in their body and it makes some parts of their body inaccessible.”

So where is it and how do you find it. It is in the same location for all women but some may find it harder to find than others. Again, remember you have to be aroused to find it and let yourself go.

The G-Spot is around 5-7.5cm inside the vagina on the anterior wall. When you feel your G-Spot you will notice that it feels slightly different to the rest of your vagina. It may feel a little dimpled and will feel very soft.

Use a couple of your fingers, curl them backwards and slide into your vagina around 5cm or maybe a little more, and you should feel your G-Spot.

Now that you have found your G, now what! Experiment and play with it. Don’t be concerned if you don’t ejaculate it’s not a guarantee that you will, it’s all about finding the G-Spot and enjoying it. Just feel the pleasure of what this wonderful spot in your body and what it is doing to you.
