There is a movie called ’40 days and 40 nights’<\/a> when a guy decides to give up on masturbation and sex for 40 days. It\u2019s a funny movie but in my opinion unrealistic. There is no way I could deny myself pleasure for a great length of time, if at all.<\/p>\n

For myself it doesn\u2019t matter where I am. I can always slip into the bathroom and have a quick play to knock the edge off. I even have a vibrator necklace<\/a> I wear that helps a lot and the best part no-one can tell it\u2019s a vibrator.<\/p>\n

Then there is also mutual masturbation. You and your partner masturbate each other. This is a great way to explore their bodies and also understand what turns them on the most.<\/p>\n

And of course vice versa, you can tell them what you enjoy. Use your hands or mouth or whip out some of your favourite toys. Don\u2019t let the fun stop there you can also put a show on for each other and play with yourself whilst they watch.<\/p>\n
