However they do believe when it comes down to reaching a female orgasm it is by clitoral stimulation only.

Whilst I agree not all women can achieve orgasm via penetration alone and may require a little extra attention elsewhere which may include clitoral stimulation. I would think this mean that they are reaching an orgasm via their clitoris?! This doesn’t means the clitoris has to have direct stimulation it is whilst they are being penetrated that the penis can touch or tease the clitoris and provide an orgasm.

As stated the paper disagrees and believe that women can not orgasm without direct stimulation to the clitoris, but I have to disagree with this.

I have been known on occasion to sneeze and have a mini orgasm. How lucky am I! There have also been other occasions that have made me so horny beyond control that one has simply happened. Not huge screaming “oh my god” orgasms but still it’s an orgasm that leaves me satisfied. We all have to remember that the mind and body can do some wonderful things.

A lot of women also achieve orgasms when they are exercising their pelvic floor muscles, with and without kegal or ben wa balls. They believe all of these have no scientific basis to prove that they exist. I am surprised that they haven’t listed the P-Spot to be a myth as well.

Whilst the G-Spot may be elusive to some people, this doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Some people are quite private about their sex life and will always be, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have an amazing sex life and who orgasm like crazy vaginally, clitoral and any other way.

We are all individuals and experience and enjoy sex in different ways, there is no need to do research to say that you have had an orgasm.
