In 1992 the founder or DownUnder Sex Toys Australia listened to our cries and began manufacturing a line of products that the larger companies had totally neglected. At the time, most of the toys that were available were plastic, rubbery or cheap low-grade silicone. Downunder Toys however set out to create a line of premium medical-grade silicone toys right here in Australia!
Made from high quality silicone with a unique and natural feel, the products in the DownUnder toys range are firm, flexible and totally hypo-allergenic and phthalate free. Most items feature a flared base too, making them compatible with strap-on harnesses. Not stopping there, Downunder Toys were also the first to design and produce an Australian version of the mighty Hitachi Magic Wand. The Medisil Wand was the first 240v Wand Massager in Australia that performed as well as the Hitachi Magic Wand without the need for power adaptors. Now, after three upgrades the Medisil is still one of our best sellers.
