EmmaI have heard a lot about Ben Wa Balls over the years but never really considered purchasing them as I'm only 26 and have not had any kids!
I finally decided to order some- through Femplay of course!- And so far I really love them!! I have never done my kegel exercises so this is my lazy alternative! Been keeping them inserted for an hour or so a day and after I take them out I can feel my muscles still contracting as if they were still there!
