In today’s society we have so much information that is easily 
accessible to anyone with a computer, phone or table that it may be surprising that we need an international day to remind us to look after our own health. I believe that it’s a great idea as it’s a very important message and a reminder to everybody to look at how they are dealing with their everyday lifestyle and how it may affect their health. Valentine’s Day is almost upon us and it can bring out so many different sides to singles and couples, and people in general. The first thing I’m going to look at is ‘the elephant in the room’, the fact that a very large number of people believe that Valentine’s Day is a cash grab by retailers, a Hallmark holiday even though it’s not a holiday but how cool would it be to have a holiday, sorry I digress. Well it’s that time of year when I have a look at all the wonderful toys that I have been playing with throughout the year and work out what my top 10 are. This is by no means an easy task, as there are so many wonderful toys available new and old.
