Straight off the mark it is great exercise.  Your respiratory rate rises which means you are burning away some of those unwanted calories.  Heavy breathing raises the amount of oxygen in your cells, and the testosterone produced during sex keeps your muscles strong.  And sex is the most enjoyable form of exercise around.  You can burn 5 calories per min, the longer the session the more calories you burn.

Sex in bedAnd, what a fun way for relieving stress!  Dopamine is a substance in the body that fights stress hormones and sex is a great way to get the endorphins flowing during a hot and heavy session.  Feel the stress just melt away whilst you are in each other’s arms.

 

‘I have a headache’ should be an excuse to have sex as it is a pain reliever. It also can diminish period paid during a cramping episode.

By having regular sex you are also building your immunity.  Sex can help you fight off a cold and the sniffles.  Helps to reduce diastolic blood pressure and for men you have less chance of cancer as regular ejaculation reduces the chances of prostate cancer.
