Waistband is also included and you get 3 metal snaps to secure the O-ring which you also receive 3 silicone rings for use with different sized dildos. Made from soft nylon and a special Touch T material that doesn't let the suspender chafe.

Measurements fit thighs up to 30'' (76 cm), while the included waistband extension fits waists up to 68'' (173 cm). The three included silicone O-rings allow you to interchange a range of dildos with a diameter up to 2'' (5 cm).
